You may return most new, ualtered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, etc.). Items delivered to you that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item or refunded free of charge.
Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Items with any marks/stains on them (including deodorant marks) cannot be returned. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error.
Delivery is Guaranteed: If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be sent. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed. Please first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Items with any marks/stains, smells on them (including deodorant marks) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days- depending on your bank.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Order Changes: If you require a change to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

If you received a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number and “Replacement Request” in subject line
- Which item is damaged
- Photographic evidence - If the problem is size, please use a ruler.
- A specific description of the issue
Proof of the fault needs to be approved by a member of Zeal Athleisure team, otherwise we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Our support team will respond within 3 business days and return instructions will be provided.
* You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
